My Practice
I work with individuals, couples, and families in my practice and enjoy the depth and richness of Relational Psychodynamic therapy. My approach is affirming, relational, and curious about the deeper processes that shape your inner world and connections with others. Together, we will explore how your current struggles may connect to past experiences, uncover the patterns that shape your challenges, and work toward meaningful change. I encourage you to speak unfiltered, putting words to difficult or confusing feelings while I affirm and gently challenge you.
My Experience
I primarily work with clients experiencing anxiety, shame, low self-esteem, and challenges around identity, communication, and intimacy. My professional experience has also focused on family-of-origin dynamics, LGBTQ+ identities, and non-traditional partnerships. As a Gay Jewish man myself, I understand firsthand the complexities of navigating intersecting identities and finding one's place in the world. I believe culturally responsive therapy is essential in ensuring your needs and perspectives are valued. Read more about my areas of focus here.
