My Approach
I work with individuals, couples, and families in my practice and enjoy the depth and richness of Relational Psychodynamic therapy. My approach is affirming, relational, and curious about the deeper processes that shape your inner world and connections with others. Together, we will explore how your current struggles may connect to past experiences, uncover the patterns that shape your challenges, and work toward meaningful change.

Do you need a mental health evaluation for a specific diagnosis, workplace or school accommodation, FMLA request, or gender-affirming care? We will take a focused look at your symptoms, history, and day-to-day functioning to clarify what you are experiencing and what support may be appropriate. When clinically indicated, you will receive diagnostic impressions, recommendations, and the documentation needed for your next steps. Learn more.
